We have gotten this type of call in the past. I tell everyone who now calls asking for money over the phone we just don't do it. We are also on a DNL, but since they might set themselves up as nonprofit org they seem exempt from the rule. Anyway, this kind of stuff is reaching a point that is near harassment, and as consumers paying for phones, lines etc this shit needs to stop. Our legal system seems to only take care of the businesses but at some point we will need to turn the tides and take our real rights back. This constant annoyance needs to be brought under control. Meanwhile I will never and I mean never donate nor give personal information over the phone!

They call at least 3 times a day and hang up. The caller ID comes up private caller, according to map finder the number is generated from Fremont, CA.

This person has called several times saying I owe for a paycheck loan. They called today and threatened to have me arrested for cyber theft. They say they are from the cyber crimes unit.I have never gotten a paycheck loan.
